Bénin / Football : Augustin Ahouanvoébla de la liste « Renouveau du football » est élu président de la Fédération béninoise de football (FBF) devant Bruno Didavi de la liste « Renouveau » samedi 24 août 2013 à Porto-Novo au siège de la fédération : 24 voix contre 23. La validation est faite plusieurs heures après le vote, suite à des remous et la contestation du camp perdant. Des recours sont annoncés. Les représentants de la Caf et de la Fifa avaient déjà quitté la salle avant ladite validation.

Bénin / Handball: Mansourou Aremou laisse sa place à Antoine Bonou à la tête de la Fédération béninoise de handball pour un mandat de 4 ans.

France / Football: Ligue 1 française : Victoire du Paris-Saint-Germain à Nantes deux buts à un, dimanche soir.
